 | Quite Bright | | Anna Maria College now has a "vision 2012." Apparently, the school needs to drastically increase its enrollment if it wants to stay open. So, as a current student at AMC, I watch my $35,000 being spent on attracting more students (and in turn, their $35,000). As far as I've seen, Anna Maria has not put any effort into increasing activities or resources for its current students. The dorms, library, and dining area are all in desperate need of upgrade. If asked, I guarantee every 3 (possibly 4) out of 5 students at AMC wish they would've picked a different school. The professors and most of the classes are terrific, but the bad drastically outweighs the good at Anna Maria. Five years from now, this might be a great school, but not now. Administration is more concerned with improving the school's image rather than improving the school itself. | Faculty Accessibility: A+, University Resource Use: F | | | |

| | Quite Bright | Do not come to this school they will treat you badly they only care about the money tuition keeps going up and the faculty is getting worse. The good faculty and adjuncts are leaving because of individuals who feel they have all the power and will not listen when it comes to improving academics. The fire science program is a joke don’t bother coming here you will learn more in your fire 1, 2 class that takes less time. This program is discriminated against at this school unless you want to be considered the stupid fire science groups by faculty do not come to this school they feel that we are not educated and that this is not an academic program and treat us as such. All classes will be held in the basement of a building rather than a real classroom and no material is provided for hands on learning. Do not let them fool you with the small school greatness this school does not care about students and will treat you as such don’t waste your money here | Perceived Campus Safety: A, Education Quality: F | | | |

| | Quite Bright | The school itself is not terrible, and has many positive aspects. However, I was a little disappointed when I came here. The cost of this school is simply not worth what you're actually getting. My high school was further along technologically than here at Anna Maria. The library is ridiculously small and the food options are lacking. I don't feel the academic portion is particularly outstanding, but the small classes are a definite plus.I enjoy the small size of this school and the community feeling you get by being here. Not a bad school, just a bit overpriced in my opinion. Do your research before deciding on AMC, there may be better options. | Collaboration/Competitive: A, Surrounding City: D | | | |
