Question
Do your research before the end of yourQuite BrightPsychology
Do your research before the end of your first semester. If you are planning on transferring to a four year college and are being sold on Mass Transfer, check the fine print. Mass Transfer does not accept every major. Make sure your credits will be accepted for the courses you are being "advised" to take. There are far too many people who have spent four years or more at a two year college. Continuing to tell people how much cheaper it is to take credits there if they are not going to be accepted when you transfer is not going to pay for having to take classes over, or more credits because they aren't transferring.

Talk to the other students there, some are very wise about what's going on. Know where you're going to transfer to and what their requirements are. Plan the right courses, check your professors. DO USE RATE MY PROFESSOR and the comments about Professor Scott being a bigot and sexist are all true. He is one of the worst professors for an urban community college and why he's still there, and considered an adviser is one of the reasons people can't wait to leave. There are many excellent professors and just as many or more that are disrespectful and uncaring towards students. This is a stepping stone to a Certificate Program or a four year college. But ask yourself if you're in the Nursing Program what can you do with a two year degree?

Question
I really enjoyed having my education at BunkerAveragePreDent and Dentistry
I really enjoyed having my education at Bunker Hill Community College. The professors go far and beyond just to help students, and make exception if for whatever reason a student cannot make up a test. I had great experience there with extracurricular activities, from volunteering to having book clubs, there is always something to do at BHCC. I am very glad I took my prerequisites there for pre-dental hygiene. If only they had my major like they do in nursing I would apply In a heart beat. Its very welcoming college with lots of opportunity to climb the educational ladder. I will never forget the best school I ever attended at least for now. ( as I am hoping to go to grad school)
