The College runs/gives the feeling of being more of a business than an academic institution.
The campus has a problem with vandalism car windows get smashed, tires get slashed and it not they there are huge lots they hold 30 cars a lot.

The campus is dead come Thursdays afternoon. The students all come from the high school down the road with all their friends and that’s all they are interested in.

The ID department is a joke they have computer but they are not set up to show what is being covered in class. It makes the classes feel more like "this is how you do it when you are in front of the computer, I hope you remember when you get a job, and sorry we can't show your now. Teachers could be a lot more qualified and the department needs to get their act together.

I am sorry I can’t speak for other departments.

The Academics in the school is good, their learning support at Curry; the PAL program, has been excellent, which is what I needed because I have ADHD.

However, the school isn't very diverse. The school is practically a school of Massachusetts "Townies". On top of that, the students that go there are mostly superficial and very narrow minded. The people here are also very unfriendly, which is surprising because curry is a very small school. Also, the campus is practically in the middle of nowhere, though you could go into Boston on the weekends, the shuttle is very unreliable, and is always late, and sometimes doesn't show up.

I feel very embarrased and inferior, when I meet up with my friends from High School who go to schools BU, Northeastern, Harvard, BC, and here I am in Curry, telling them that I go to Curry College and they all ask me "Where's that?" Or "Why do you pick Curry of all schools". At the same time, I am hating this school because I am not making friends because I am not a MA townie, and therefore I don't fit in. Most of the students here are quite immature (which would explain why they are superficial), and the people here are here not because they have ADHD like me, but because they are stupid.

Also, the school's system is tailored for the locals. Over holidays, everyone gets kicked out of campus, the dorms closes, and if you are an international student like me, who has nowhere to go, you are forced to find a hotel to stay.

Over the weekends, especially long weekends, because most people here are locals, everyone leaves campus, and so the campus is really dead and it can be quite lonely.I am embarrassed to be associated with the students at Curry, and I want to get OUT!!!
