The freshman dorms are old, dark, cramped, no closets, tiny windows,no AC! Sports - teams are competitive. Men's basketball team has a decent coach. The women's basketball team needs to replace the assistant coach.

I came to curry with an opened mind. what i found is the school is a joke. the academics stink (easy as heck)unless your a nursing major. the shuttle is a joke because their days, times, and location are so spread out that it is impossible to get a job. dont listen to the admissions people... they only tell you things to get you to come. the dorms for the most part are disgusting: mole, holes, no air, paint falling appart, mice, they dont keep them up except the newer ones. the res life is a joke in a half in dealing with problems. also curry charges all the residents in the bulding for damage if they dont know who did it. this can quickly add up... and they will make you pay for it or they will put a hold on your account. also if a flood or somethign occurs in your dorm and its curry's fault.... they wont pay for the damage,...so make sure you have seperate insurance. the tuition is going up... for what??? i mean the amount of money a person pays to go there is not worth what the person gets in return. save your money and go to state school or a school that actually is decent. this school is a joke. this school needs to restructure: put money into the dorms so they arent gross; get more campus activites like sororities and frats so that people actually stay on campus for the weekend, not flock home and people who dont have the option are bored to tears. get better food!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! the food here is gross and the times stink. lastly make a shuttle schedual so more kids can go, as well as make locations more permanent and frequent so people can get off campus jobs! I like curry and the people, and overall it in a way is a good school that just needs to improve!

Quite Bright
hahaha don't be fooled on accepted students day... those flowers weren't there 2 days ago and will be ripped out a week later. so the school is just looking for you to fall in love with the glam of the school rather than its academics
