Dear Charla:Thank you for letting me know that you also reeicved the RippleCards from Tan Yee Ming, the creator of the RippleCards. We are constantly challenged by the negative emotion. Actually, negative emotion is a self defense reflex. It will always be with us. I also have negative emotion whenever I was disappointed or hurt. It is OK. All you need to do is to take a few big breathes and start the positive self talk to yourself. RippleCards is the self affirmation or positive self talk that I used. I hope you can start this practice by using RippleCards on daily basis. Please be a Ripplemaker,Ping

I just started my freshman year at Emmanuel. The tours and reviews made this place out to be picture perfect, but it's not. It has a very high school like feel to it. The school is majorly girls and it's definitely noticeable. A lot of people seem to be stuck up. They emphasize the "Emmanuel Community", but that's nowhere to be found yet. You have to leave campus in order to do anything. This might as well be a commuter school.

My classes and professors are great so far. They're probably the only positive thing I have to say about this school.

It's definitely not worth the $40,000+ a year, even if your financial aid award is huge.
I'm going to stick it out here for the year, but I already have college tours lined up at bigger schools. If you're looking for high school all over again, this is the place for you! It does not have a university feel to it at all.

This school is alright but I wish I could transfer. It's very much like high school.
