Hampshire College teaches students how to identify what they want and make it happen. It is a difficult and rigorous education, especially in the final two years, but can be difficult to navigate the first two years. The first two years, generally, are spent trying to "figure things out". If a student identifies a mentor, the focusing process can be very rewarding. I almost dropped out of Hampshire after two years, but am very glad that I didn't. Among employers who have heard of it, it is a highly respected school. I highly recommend Hampshire.
