It is an easy going place to be.Quite BrightOther
It is an easy going place to be. The work is just rright, the people there (majority) are easy to talk to and most teachers are awesome. Administrative staff are good too.I have the resources I need to get my work done. I have nothing bad to say. Its not perfect, no place is, but I've made the best of whatever I didn't like so now I can thrive.

Question
Mount Wachusett is a great place to startQuite BrightPsychology
Mount Wachusett is a great place to start out if you're looking to save some money - the teachers here are absolutely wonderful, and if you take the time to get to know them, they're more than willing to help you succeed in their class. I won't lie, there's not a whole lot to do in Gardner, but I'm usually too busy working and doing my schoolwork to care. This isn't the place you would go for a traditional "college" experience, but if you want to pursue a Bachelor's degree for a fraction of the price, this is the place to go.

Question
I was an international student who had NOQuite BrightOther
I was an international student who had NO CLUE abouy anything regarding education in the U.S; I could not speak proper English as a matter of fact! My spondor found the school for me and I started there by completing their ESL program. "The Mount" has many positive things:

-Beautiful surroundings.
- Close knitted staff and student organizations.
- Variety of professors from all walks of life.
- VERY GOOD Liberal Arts Program
- Pretty good Library.
- Assertive, creative and INCREDIBLY friendly staff!!
The few bad things:

- GARDNER is just DEAD.
- Most students were from Fitchburg or Leomister which are economically depressed areas in Massachusetts. i.e= hicks and trash.

- Because of its size, there was and there is lots of gossip and drama. The amazing thing though, is that despite of this; The Mount offers a very strong Liberal Arts program that will get you into prestigiuos New England Universities/Colleges for a fraction of the price!!! and having the advantage of small-size classes.
