I can't say I love QCC but it'sQuite BrightCriminal
I can't say I love QCC but it's really grown on me. I attended a country club university for two years, and I really found out the hard way that they really suck the money out of you for a mediorcre education. I also switched my major coming here, and it was the best decision of my career. I went from Biology to Criminal Justice and I am excelling. I also work in my field so it really is amazing. My professors in the program are amazing (the majority of them), and quite honestly between the course teachings and the advice you get from their personal experiences, these teachers are better than at any fancy 45k a year school. So for a dirt cheap tuition, I brought my GPA up to a 3.7, get to transfer at a discounted rate within MA, and I can work full time and have my family. This school wants to help those who need it and go for it. Not those who think this will be another high school. Also, there is no social life for a reason, this is a CC, which means join clubs, do your work, and party/mess around on your free time at home.

Question
Online class is horrible organized.AverageComputer Engineering
Online class is horrible organized. Very difficult to get in touch with faculty. Some staff members as John Brand (English 100), Sethu Sekhr (Project Management), NT Izuchi (IT Help Desk Concepts) they are only but the worst in terms of educators. Very bad and no knowledge/skills on how to teach. Hard to community with Mr. NT Zuchi (in person is even worst), Mr. Brand is full of arrogance and always talking down on students, Mr. Sekhr is a former big corp employee who doesn't have the academic background and give different treatment for students, he appears to be into a Corporate War Room. BE AWERE OF THEM, AVOID QCC, do your homework and better enroll here (All classes in question were taking online)

Question
This school is weird.AverageAccounting
This school is weird. If you are a transfer student u are left out of the loop for everything. You need to be involved in order to succeed here. They have no shame of just giving you the run around. Some professor are very helpful and are willing to help you. You got to ask. For example the Micro Electronics class Professor is on the board of Clark and WPI who gets accepted to their colleges or not. If you make him your faculty adviser you will be better off. He will put you on a very hard path but will learn a lot. He is a very small fellow. If you want to succeed at QCC just get in contact with the dean of your field and you will be guided through the best route. The Advising center is nonsense they have no clue. If you really need to go there just ask for Dan in Registrars office. He is the most knowledge person to go to for help with transferring to another school or transferring credits in. Good Luck
