This college is so overrated and not worth goin to I've been here for 3 year and will be graduating this spring but transferring to regis was one of the worse decisions I've ever made. All the RA and RD are just looking to get everyone in trouble and are very rude about everything. The only good thing about Regis is the students they are friendly but it is so boring here everyone goes home on weekends then the people left at school get in trouble for tryin to have fun. This is a catholic school as well so they believe that any use of alcohol before 21 or even having any drug paraphernalia you won't get any chances it's a straight fine or you will be kicked off campus no matter where you are from so don't think people are trying to be your friends because as soon as you mess up they stab you in the back because they work for the school.

DO NOT GO HERE. Everyone I talk to wants to transfer as early as next semester. I'm planning on transferring next year and even though I am a commuter, the lack of social life and community are really apparent to me for the students who are residents. The school is really outdated and I heard a story the other day about how during the first few weeks of this semester, the ceiling the in the dining hall (yes, there's just one! The school is TINY) fell down! The campus may be pretty, but it's strictly irony to me because the school itself really sucks. Byeee Regis.

It has been my experience that college is what you make of it- Regis is an all women's college, so of course you have to be willing to work a little harder to make your own social life, but it is possible! I made the most wonderful friends, amazing women go to Regis. I was not academically challenged or inspired until my Junior year, but once I found my niche with teachers and subjects, I loved it. The new president is making quite a few changes in regards to the budget, I think some of them are for the better and some of them much worse. During my Senior year two of my best professors were let go because of budget concerns while they kept teachers who were completely useless... I do not suggest going into Communications at Regis because the department, although kind, is sort of out to lunch. That is the general feeling among Communications graduates. In any case, although I don't think Regis is perfect and I did think about transferring- many many times-I have a positive overall experience at Regis and am encouraging my younger sister to attend. I can't say enough good about some of the professors and the atmosphere as a women's college.
