If you want to be an RN, go to a community college. If you want to end up with a master's degree, continue on to Salem State. Avoid Regis at all costs. It is horribly inconvenient, extremely expensive, most of the teachers are of poor quality and the ones that are any good do not seem to last long. Making lasting friendships there is impossible due to the commuter nature of the school. Now they send me letters begging for money so they can send it to Haiti or Nicaragua. This school has the worst nursing program, the teachers can't teach, the clinical placements are random, and the instructors not helpful, and the tests are inconsistent with no real measure of knowledge. The nclex pass rate is lower than quincy college, that's how bad this program is. I don't recommend coming here at all. In my opinion they get people to spend all their money on this program only to fail out as many people as possible. The school lacks professionalism, the ability to understand constructive criticism, and the warmth they promote as being "part of Regis". I am disgusted at the teachers who yell at, berate, and insult the students at this school. The teacher's lack any sense of respect for the students that pay their salaries!
