Question
I keep reading about how great Regis's NursingQuite BrightNursing
I keep reading about how great Regis's Nursing program is but after checking Massachusett's Nursing Exam Pass Rate by school, I found out it's pretty poor.

Not sure why they can keep saying it 98%--wondering if a faculty member wrote the June review for this school.....?

2014 Performance Summary for Massachusetts Nursing Education Programs-published on State of Massachusetts website - NCLEX pass rates by School

2014: Pass rate is ONLY 60%--103 students sat for the test and only 63 passed,
Their pass rate was good back in 2012, but someone is posting information that is not correct.
Regis does has an Associates program that they run with a local hospital in Medford, Mass. and they do have a 98% percent pass rate, but for their Bachelor's degree they charge over $50,000 a year --after 4 years you will pay over $200,000 and if things keep going this way, you will have a 60% chance of passing it--if you don't no job and you will be working as a CNA in a crappy nursing home.

My sister almost came here so we did all the research--Regis keeps telling everyone its 98% but it's wrong. We do have a family friend that started nursing here, but left after first semester and transferred.Needless to say, my sister is going to Worcester State of less thanr $22,000 year

Question
DO NOT GO TO REGIS! Going to RegisBrightNursing
DO NOT GO TO REGIS! Going to Regis is one of the biggest mistakes you can make. It is overpriced, outdated and quite honestly a waste of time and money. All the school cares about is making money, not about your success. The Dean is the worst part she does not care about anything but her paycheck. The school lacks any type of resources that will better your education. You pay to live in crappy dorms with inedible food. Professors don't care about you and Regis is so overrated. You are better off going to a cheaper school, because all you get from Regis is debt. My friends who have graduated all say they transferred as it is hard to get a job and Regis takes anything they do make to pay off loans. I transferred after my sophomore year and I wish I had transferred sooner. I am taking classes at community college that are way more advanced. You pay for the name on your diploma and thats about it. The nursing program I'm in now makes me actually feel like I'm learning. Regis made me feel like I learned NOTHING. I am so happy I'm not wasting my money on two more years at Regis. God bless the people who stay there for four years. They will need all the help they can get.
