This school is the worst school in the world.
I would rather go to a community college rather than going to Washigton Adventist University. (columbia union college)

This school was the worst experience of my life.
First of all it looks dead. Not many people you see walk around the campus. Also, it does not look like a college.

Has a christian college, i thought it would not be bad. but everyone in that school was so fake. They pretended to be so religious meanwhile they were all figthing with each other.

one thing i notice about this school is they lie!. they did room checks, you have so sign a weekend leave. Curfew offcourse for a christian college but its too much. girls were sluts too. No one cared for that school. had a food fight. the dorms were so dirty and smelled. the bathrooms were gross.

The faculty was terrible. everyone is always miserable in that school. NOTHING WAS GOOD!the education was crap. I honestly thought th school was disorganized they are a scam school. they try to take your money and everything. i felt like i was in jail. or in another planet. i would recommend no one to go there. it was my first year 2009 and i was so glad to get out of there. now i am ggoing to a new school in the fall.

i decided to attend cuc because it was a mile away from downtown silver spring and my apartment. i thought to get a bachelor degree any college would do.

i made a mistake. learn from it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
- faculty do not know what they are doing: they are hired because they are Adventists not because they have skills

- faculty is not trained for the job: they lack Customer Service Skills, they'll lose your files...
- the instructors are a joke, i mean if you ask a question you are undermining their authority, especially the black instructors and the inexperienced instructors...

- beware business major students, there are only two business advisers and they are very very seldom available...

- very few instructors do their job right, most are slackers
- students are lazy: they always complain about homework, they drink, they are ignorant, close minded, unfriendly, and they seem always angry and always give an angry look at each other, especially the black students (no offense)...

- they have no manners whatsoever: you open doors for them, they do not even say thanks, and above all, they really really really like to gossip...

i have spent a year and a half there and each time i have received B's when i should receive A's it was because i asked pertinent questions. there is a culture of manipulating students grades when the students do not act to the liking of their instructors.

i have started the process of transferring to a different university. i gave it a try, was not worth the pain.

one positive aspects: i will one day open a university and cuc helped me to know exactly the things i will not want my students to experience.
