I am graduating this spring, and I can definitely say I have had a good time here. Sure, there might not be much to do in the surrounding city, but we are college kids! We should know how to make our fun! I feel bad for the people who don't like it -- because you should have transferred. Plain and simple. Don't waste your time posting on this board, when you had (have) an opportunity to transfer. I hear my other friends say things about their current colleges as well...which is why I stuck it out here. It has done me well, because I have done well. I have my fun, sure, but I make sure my work is done. That's number one! I will be going to law school when I leave here, so I can honestly say that Frostburg is taking me places that I never knew I could go! I have really grown up and matured. I will miss Frostburg, and all the fun and friends...

It's cool here. Any school will have it's quirks. I keep thinking if I were at home, what would I possibly be doing? Probably nothing more than I do here. We are not in high school anymore, people. The good thing is I don't have my parents hounding me about "do this, do that." Wish they did have things to do here, but they don't. So I don't even think about it. I'm over it. I have made good friends here. Maybe if I felt alone, I would be negative just like the negative posters on here.

I'm surprised by the negative comments! If you come to school and make your grades your priority (THEN have a good time), I don't see why you don't like the school. If you are a weedhead, alcoholic, or druggie, than no wonder you don't like it...you're always too "high" to enjoy anything else! I don't think you would like it anywhere, because your goals are not in order. I look at other school reviews, and none of them have a plethora of things to do. It's not just here. Some people just don't know how to make friends. If that applies to you, again, it's understandable why you don't like it. The blame has to put elsewhere...anywhere but you...if you don't like it, YOU have to make your own fun...or ask yourself what is wrong with you!!
