I absolutely loved Harford Community College. I wish it would become a four year school so I didn't have to transfer out. The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The athletic department were always well prepared and willing to help out with whatever accomodations that the student athletes needed. It is a great school that got me more than prepared and ready for transferring to a four year institution. I would recommend it to anyone.

HCC is a very basic communnity college. The staff are helpful and welcoming but dnt think about going to advising 155 minutes brfore class, because they always have students waiting a minimum of 30 mins. The food is okay, it just costs WAY too much. Also, make sure to take advantage of rate my professor because there are many professors that are jerks, and some that are just as plesant and easy going as can be.

HCC is a good community college, one of the best in fact. Campus is great, most professors are pretty good. It's great for academics and prepares you for transfer VERY well. Faculty tries to be as helpful as possible. But, HCC is not quite the social scene. People just go to their classes, and go home. You really don't meet a lot of people, which is disappointing. It is COMMUNITY college though after all.
