Good school, wonderful president, committed staff. You just need to know the right people, be at the right places at the right time and take advantage of the right opportunities to enjoy this school, otherwise it can be bitter hell. Sad, boring, lonely, and lame often than not.

freeman hrabowski knows what hes doing. UMBC has improved dramatically within the past 5-10 years, and still continues to do so. more and more people are living on campus and admissions standards are increasing. ive had a great experience at this school. it is truly what you make of it. i look forward to seeing where this school will be in another 10 years. one thing i know is i will be proud to say i am a UMBC graduate.

Super Brilliant
I loved UMBC, and had a great time while I was there. I feel like the diversity of the student body benefited me tremendously, and enabled me to learn just as much outside of my classes as in. The faculty in the anthropology department is super approachable, and really want to know how their majors are doing. To be honest, I think that UMBC was a perfect match for me, which is why my experience was so great.
Faculty Accessibility: A+, Campus Aesthetics: C
