| Bright | I feel that given the experience of attending CMMC or another college, I would rather attend another school. I have had problems every semester contacting my advisor. When I had personal challenges or problems , I found few of the teachers were interested. I was just another student, they were unconcerned about special circumstances and in some instances were just rude. At 45 years of age, I don't like being called a liar. I feel that the school has failed in it's attempts to personalize service. I really wish circumstances allowed me to attend a different college. It's hard enough to return to school after 25 years without faculty throwing road-blocks in your way. | Campus Aesthetics: B+, Faculty Accessibility: F | | | |

| Bright | CMTC is a good place to start your college education, or if you are just looking to learn a trade, like Automotive Technology. I'm a Liberal Studies major, and it had always been my plan to go on to a four-year school. Transferring is not turning out to be easy or fun, but I still don't regret choosing to start at CMTC. I've made some really good friends here, both with other students and the faculty. Many of the instructors have done a LOT to help me, whether I'm in their class or not. My high school education wasn't very good, and I didn't think I could get in to a good college, or even if I had (by some miracle), I wouldn't have been prepared. CMTC has given me the background I needed. Some of my courses haven't been very challenging, but others have (Speech and Pre-Calculus come to mind), and the instructors were always willing to help if a student asked. The social life at the school and in Auburn does suck, but you're only here for a couple of years -- and Portland's only a forty-five minute drive south. | Faculty Accessibility: A+, Social Life: F | | | |
