Sort By: [Date] [Major] [Rating] Other  Major Salary, Salary Trend, Satisfaction, Unemployment Quite Bright I attended YEARS ago and even then it was a tough school and I hear it has gotten harder. I failed every one of my classes the first semester (except for "Vidiography") because I was not prepared for the challenges that I would have to face- second semester was different- it really woke me up to what was needed for good academic achievement. Since then, my educational career has been quite different- and I owe that success to HFCC. On the social side, one of the worst thing about the campus is how fractured in is- divided by racial groups that just won't talk to each other. This community college was 10 times better than the university I transferred to! The course work was challenging, the staff (with an exception) was very bright and very approachable. It has an awesome nursing program. You can take pre-med classes that transfer to many universities. Professors are friendly and make learning fun. Class sizes are small so the professors know every student personally by name. This school will challenge you. Faculty Accessibility: A+, Social Life: B- Have a Question?
