 | Quite Bright | There is so much to do here both in the classroom and out, that I'm not sure I would've been as happy as I am right now anywhere else. The best way to use this website is to read the positive comments, take the negative comments with a grain of salt.MSU provides a world class education, and is a very underrated school having UM as it's neighbor. The two schools are very similar along the undergraduate line, and most undergrads I have talked to have had more positive things to say about MSU in the long run than UM. | Education Quality: A+, Perceived Campus Safety: A- | | | |

| Not so bright | Where do I start,
Academically- M.S.U. provided me with an education that I could apply to my own daily life. The professors take the subject and really submerge them into your daily life, it's not a barrage of busy work it's learning something that will help you out intellectually and in your career.Campus- The most beautiful campus that I personally have ever seen. Theres nothing like waking up on an autumn day and walking across campus, its a wonderful feeling. Social- For every incoming freshman reading this review this is probably one of their main concerns. East Lansing is crazy, especially during welcome week and during the first few months and the last few months, although there are still plenty of parties in the winter the scene is not as rampant as it is during the warmer months.The party scenes unreal and if thats your deal then you came to the right school.You will definitely end up doing some crazy things that you might never expected yourself to do. Non alcoholic social things to do- plenty, anything from sports, and just random clubs and organizations, to the innocent fun of catching a movie at wells hall or heading into east lansing for some food or live music. Attractiveness- I'm not going to lie to you MSU has some of the most unbelievably attractive girls out there. Freshmen guys will be in heaven as they see the girls that they will attend school with. Likewise for the ladies, theres a ton of comptetition for the guys at MSU. Overall- The perfect mix of everything! If you wanna party you definitely have got that, if you want a school thats going to give you one of the best available degrees in the nation you also have that. If you want to join 500 clubs oh you for sure can do that. If you want to study abroad, you're at the best school in the nation for that. Michigan State is the best all around mix for everything that you want, u personally make or break your time at MSU. | Education Quality: A+, Collaboration/Competitive: B+ | | | |
