I did not want to attend OCC outQuite BrightSocial Work
I did not want to attend OCC out of high school. It seemed like the lame college high school drop outs went to, and not for me - a 3.2 GPA and 28 ACT. With that said, I have loved it at OCC... You are getting fantastic education in small class sizes at a price less than a fraction of what your high school classmates are paying for university classes that are valued the same, and yet they are learning less at some points! It is true that the downsides of this are in the lack of campus "atmosphere" and clubs and extracurriculars. And while they do exist, for me at least, I am content with joining them upon transfer for my bachelors.

There are some teachers that are quit wounderfulBrightCriminal
There are some teachers that are quit wounderful at occ while some others shouldnt be teacher at all, and have had alot of bad reviews written about them. i have only had two teachers like that but when i brought it to there attention of what i disagreed with and many of the class members approched them with the same topics the class environment changes and the teachers changed what we has asked them to. I love occ and perfer it to any other community college

Question
OCC is community college.Quite BrightComputer Science
OCC is community college. It's not a university, and you're not going to meet the same caliber of people. However, you can get a decent basic education for very cheap (maybe free) that will hold up against any university if you personally want to learn the education. It's counter-intuitive to say, but you can probably even go to OCC and swing A's without a lot of work at all in basic courses, if your only goal in life is to get your grades up to transfer.
