This school is simply overrated.Quite BrightAccounting
This school is simply overrated. I had high hopes coming into this school from Arizona; however, I wasted a semester of my education. The students are more concerned about their social life, and classes are full of pointless busy-work. The campus is disgusting in most areas. I highly suggest you take some serious time before picking your university. I have since transferred the Michigan State University where to work in Accounting is much more relevant and intellectually stimulating.

Question
I came into college thinking wow I goQuite BrightAccounting
I came into college thinking wow I go to uofm one of the top public schools in the nation. My freshman yr was a SHOCK!!! The experience @ uofm has had its up and downs. But to be honest if I had to do it over again I would have gone somewhere else. Most students here do not have very good people skills. For one most students I have met are very insecure about themselves and only one talk about their "parents" money and two their grades. I mean I pride myself on my grades but hello people it gets to be a little much sometimes. It’s funny because I had friends @ the rival school not to name any names but it was like night and day. The people there were always so friendly and more about finding the true character of a human being. Uofm to me is all about wannabes and the sad thing is I am still here, going into my sr. yr and I am unhappy and stressed. All I have to say is visit the school u r deciding on. I wish I did.

Question
In my experience the school is very social;Bright
In my experience the school is very social; the student body likes to get involved and be with each other, whether it's for a fundraiser, or a club, or even just a run around the stadium. You won't like everyone you meet (because that's just life), but there are 45,000 people on campus and, I've found that the conversations and types of friends I made have been incredibly meaningful.
