Sort By: [Date] [Major] [Rating] Computer Engineering  Major Salary, Salary Trend, Satisfaction, Unemployment Average Before enrolling in UMD's ECE deaprtment, remember 1) Social life is a no-no here 2) Survival of the fittest. Oh! How true Darwin is!! 3) Natural Selelction holds here. Less than 1/3 of the student will stay with teh major. More poular majors include CS, Math ( easier than ECE mostly) 4) Too many courses to take. 5) Remember thou shall not cry or eat or sleep until thou is donw ith thou's workIts a beautiful campus.
