They have a white trash brute of a DON running the show that only talks about where she buys her clothes. The skills lab is all broken down. Nothing works, all of the material and visual aids is dated back to the 70's and after you watch all the videos the instructors tell you its not like that anymore and not to do it that way. THEY TRICK YOU IN FINANCIAL AID!!!!! They hammer you to pay and everyone is paying a different price to be there. Its a total scam. The backpack and and all the shit they give you breaks within a month and you have to go buy it all over again. They tell you YOU MUST come to school because the government is ordering them to stay within attendance guide lines but then out of no where they call a staff meeting or your instructor at the clinical sites send you home. On make up days its a joke. They say the government makes Concorde have their students make up the hours but if there is no instructors because they are on vacation they make you go do an assignment. People talk in the bathrooms at school and say what a joke that place is. They just fill in the spots for all the programs. They dont care what YOU want to do. If you come in for RT and they need to fill an LVN slot they will talk you into that. And the other reviews are true....people always fail out at Term 3, I find that very odd too. After the course they said they would get us extern ship sites and if you were not hired they would try get you a job. I was fortunate to get an extern site but unfortunately the site i was sent to were not hiring after i completed my 240 hours. I contacted the placement department for help. I gave them my updated resume to help me acquire a place but all in vain.It reached a point i would call the department and no one returned my calls. I got so frustrated. I have been looking for a job for over 1 year now and nothing has come my way. I would advice anyone trying to get into the Dental Assisting program to be VERY CAREFUL IN CAREER CHOICE. There are no jobs!!! The Admission reps should not fool you on what career choice to make. This College is all about how many students they need to admit and make money. The admin does not care for you whatsoever. If anything, the teachers are the ones that should be running the school. When you fail a course they practically want you to beg them to get back in so you can get a spot. Why waste your time when you can get into a better school? do not go here.
