I don't want to get into a rant about the theatre department, so I will simply state this: As a current student, PLEASE PLEASE turn away in you want to go into the theatre. Don't look at the money they give you, you will regret your education that you achieve here. They think they are high and mighty, but they have so much to learn. Again before you decide to go here for theatre, continue to look, there is much better out there.

If your looking for a genuine college experience, don't go to LU. The students here have a completely broken spirit and the University does its best to screw you out of money every chance they get.

I had prior college experiences in my home country before coming to LU. I came for the American experience, however, this college treats its students like high school kids. First the housing lady. Have to say she was biggest joke of this place. She has no organisation skills and communication skills and treats outsiders unfairly. My dealing with her I have noticed all the football players receives the best treatments and others are treated like crap! If you turn up to her office wanting to change rooms or have any complaints just make sure to turn up when she is in a good mood. Otherwise bring her a some gifts and she will get things done for you or call your parents to sort her out otherwise nothing will get done. Another thing I found ridiculous was the fact that she knows all the gossip that goes around. She some how knows who is dating who between students. When was the last time when school staff act like high school drama queen spreading rummers? If she actually did some work that will help. In fact she is on Facebook spying on students.

Secondly, if you want to start a club at this school don't even waste your time. If you don't belong to this religious group called the cross chat you have no chance of receiving any funding. The guy who is in charge won't even look at it. If you believe in other faith other than his own no chance of getting any funding at all. This guy tells students that Obama is a communist!

Third, some of the rules in this school is just a joke. Dry campus OK that is fine however, if you get caught drunk they will try to kick you out or call your parents even though you consumed the alcohol at a bar. I understand if you are underage however, if you are of age what do you do? We are students we drink.

Another injustice I witnessed is the one rule for some and different rule for others. One international student got kicked out for smoking pot I understand however, a week after American student with same offence is sent to therapy paid for by the school. Please explain how this is fair?

lastly, if i had this information before deciding on this place I would never have attended this place. Just a big waste of time. When I realized this and wanting to change most of my credits were not accepted by other schools. So I was stuck and had to finish my degree at LU. This place is not worth it! Just pay little more and go some where else. Value for money this place gets "-D"
