I am a commercial turf major. I enjoy the program alot. I believe the university places alot of emphasis on preparing students for their careers. I rated the city of Linn low because it is like many small towns in Missouri, there is just a limited amount of things to do. Jefferson City is near by and there is plenty to do there.
excellent school but needs the curriculum adjusted and students should be more informed as to what is good for their career field choice, which is what the students advisor is for. The advisors should be more candid and the finance information should be much more explicit and forward about the actual things the student will need to be expected to pay for!!!!
