I love the natural sciences department. They have great faculty with a lot of willingness to help you. Everyone on campus is either a sports trainer-ish or bible-ish major. I'm an athlete, but I feel I have more to offer. I'm interested in ideological development, but I don't conform to the overarching sentiment throughout campus. These two groups constitute the student population (even teacher pop.). You're better off going to a juco for two years for gen eds. since all the remedial classes are jokes. Unless you don't care (either because your too caught up with saving your immortal soul, or you just can't tear yourself away from your fellow athletes) about school. Don't get me wrong there are great, down to earth people. They are just hard to find cause a lot of people front.

The people are friendly at first, but soon become judgmental if you don’t fit into their idea of what a Christian should be. The campus is safe, and there are plenty of opportunities for fun close to the campus. Resident life sucks. There are room checks every week, and the R.A.’s are incredibly anal. It feels as if every move you make is being carefully monitored. If you are not an athlete, or don’t want to go to Bible study every night, you’ll find that there’s nothing to do on campus. The college does not assume that the students are adults, and impose a ridiculous amount of rules to prevent immoral behavior. This school has not been academically challenging.

It's a nice school in a nice neighborhood. Living on campus is a waste of money- get an apartment. There aren't any dances, and people gossip too much. The rules are very strict. In some aspects I had more freedom in high school. My classes are not challenging. The general ed classes I have taken have been more about memorization than application of knowledge. If you are not an athlete, or don't want to go to a Bible study every night, there isn't much to do.
