While the surrounding city can get old at times, there were plenty of opportuities the university gave me in the last couple of years to work for free in cities like LA, NYC and Chicago. Anyone looking to get ahead in their field should get involved with any of the academic organizations, they are great and provide lots of internship help. Altogehter, I would definitely recommend Northwest to anyone looking for a great family atmosphere with a huge pay off! Education Quality: A+, Surrounding City: C Have a Question? They should not hire student workers to working in important areas such as record keeping. For example, I recently recieve an email stating that I did not fully recieved my shots. This was not the first time that it happened, each semester was the same. I do not understand why this would happen each semester. If your name is different from others, they automatically assume that you are an international student. A majority of this school is based on sor. and fater. and if you're not one of those you're pretty much a no body at this school because people are very stuck up. Individuals here also stick to one another and if you're different they look at you like you're a freak. There is no senese of community at this school not unless you join a sor. or faternity but even then they are a bunch or whores who gets drunk constantly but some are good.
