Truman's
General Honors Program is available to EVERY student who meets
our University's highly selective admission standards. Instead of the introductory-level
courses in Liberal Arts & Sciences disciplines, General Honors students
can select from a list of courses that explore in-depth
topics or encourage a more sophisticated viewpoint.
Students choose
five courses with at least one course each from Mathematics,
Social Science, Humanities, and
Science. Students must earn A's
and B's in the General Honors courses selected, and
achieve at least a 3.5 GPA in those five courses.
