Sort By: [Date] [Major] [Rating] Education  Major Salary, Salary Trend, Satisfaction, Unemployment Average I loved Holmes. I was involved in Band, Choir, Drama, SGA, and BSU. I pretty much had something going on most every night. Of course I believe there were a few places for us to go to back then. All my teachers were GREAT! Ones that stand out are: Mrs Reed-Bunch...Miss Jones...Mrs Simpson...Mrs Poole, Dr. Martin, Mr Burchfield, oh and i cant think of the others. Other staff memebers were Ms. A!...Mrs Spell, Dean Williams, Mrs.....oh i cant think of her name..... oh well THEY WERE ALL GREAT!!!! Individual Value: A+, Useful Schoolwork: F Have a Question? It involved work just like any other college in America. Holmes is in a good atmosphere (rural), really country, but there is really nothing to do in the small town of Goodman. The students and some of the surrounding neighbors of Holmes are really closed-minded but not all, just about 45%. As far as clubs, it's really easy to get involved in campus clubs but there are only a few clubs other than sports that you can get into. Students are bored all throughout the week and may go to surrounding towns to eat out if wanted. Some teachers are great and others can teach at all or are really closed-minded about minorities.
