If you are raised in the south, likesAverageJournalism
If you are raised in the south, likes to party, and a die hard football fan, then Ole Miss is for you. I love the campus and yes the girls can be rich girls with their daddy's money but after a while you get to know them more for what they appear to be. I personally love Ole Miss and I really do not want to leave. I strongly suggest for any high school seniors to take a day trip and visit this school.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years at OleQuite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I thoroughly enjoyed my 4 years at Ole Miss. I was from the North and wasn't sure what to expect. I loved the social aspects as well as the course work. The campus is the most beautiful campus I've ever seen. The heritage and tradition is unlike any other. Yes there are typical southern frat boys and bleach blond girls but take that all with a grain of salt. I loved my sorority without becoming a stepford girl. I have since gone on to develop a great career and and ending my Master's work at another (local) university.

Question
Really love the school because I'm happy withSuper BrilliantChemistry
Really love the school because I'm happy with both the academics, which were harder than I anticipated, and the super friendly social scene. What's different about this school? Even the shy folks are welcomed into the social life here. Going to Ole Miss won't make you happy if you want to be an unhappy person, but it's a great place to be part of a real connected college community. Atmosphere is energizing, people go out of their way to be nice and there's always a lot going on.
