William Carey University is a good Baptist college overall. The teachers have a good background; most are willing to help and teach, not just handout assignments like in high school. The challenge is how the school atmosphere will change over the next 5 years. The Gulfport Campus is being relocated into the Tradition subdivision, a major upgrade from being in trailers since Katrina.

The campus here is rather boring. The teachers and students here are great. You don't really find anyone that's too stuck up or too good to talk to you. Everyone here is pretty much just laid back. The teachers are the same way, you always have the one teacher that's hard to approach to talk, but hey what college doesn't have one of those. The classes here are as challenging as you want them to be. Depending on your skills as a student and person depends on how your professor will challenge. There are not really any here that TRY to make it hard. I have really enjoyed my time here, but at the same time I cannot wait to graduate.
Faculty Accessibility: A+, Education Quality: F
