Super Brilliant
I was to live in the female dorms. When I arrived my room window was broken. I called and complained and for a year nothing happen. While we were out of our room the house mother would rate us on our cleanliness and would POST the information at the front of the dorm for everyone to see. The campus had an epidemic of HIV/AIDS in students. A young lady was gang raped by 15 males who were allowed to REMAINED at college.

I am a fisrt year student at Barber-Scotia College, adn just being there this past semester I have found that college life is very ecxiting and challenging. Barber-Scotia is a small college true indeed, but you professors treat you as one of their own. The know you by name and face, they respect you for what you stand for and who you are, and the school also has religous back ground. I'm quite found of Barber-Scotia. The school has taught me to love and respect myself as well as set higher goals for myself. Our motto is "In the Beginning Faith", and without faith it's impossible to succed in anything you do in life.

Barber-Scotia College is a very great. Yes...every school has its ups and downs. That's just life period! The school is very small and I like it like that. The max in one class I may have would be maybe 20 even less than that and the Staff is GREAT! Student Affairs is just AWESOME! GO SCOTIA!!!

Many people who just came to the school would say that it is a bad school because they just left home and they haven't adapted to the new environment, but from personal experience I would have to say that Barber-Scotia College is a very diverse school that allow you to expand your horizons. I've learn so much not only from the teacher, but also the students. I must admit when I first came to the school I was ready to go back home and I had something negative to say about everything, but as the year went on the school grew on me and I wouldn't change my experience at Barber-Scotia College for nothing in the world.
The school give everyone a second change to make something of themselves and I think that is great.
