The food is exteremly unhealthy, with the exception of breakfast. Hard to find stuff to do on weekends. Most people are awesome, many Christians, but some are hypocritical and arrogant. Lots of Mommy and Daddy money rolling around on campus. Athletes aren't favored too badly. Classes are pretty challenging. Faculty is great! Watch out for the soup nazi and the killer geese in the winter! Coffee shop across the street is great! The tuition is slowly rising and they rip you off with room and board. Weather is really fickle. Intramurals are hardcore...and be aware that Swolliosis is the best intramural team on campus. Homecoming is the best weekend on campus, besides formal, and Powderpuff football is taken VERY seriously. Students are very supportive of the athletes and most athletes have friends outside the sports program, which is great! Don't buy your books new, look for used ones on campus! Don't bring your books to the buy back at the end of the semester..sell them online or on campus to someone else...you get a LOT more money for them!

Be sure to visit the school before you decide to come here. The people here are wonderful, but there is absoultely nothing to do! Also, there are is a LOT of Mommy and Daddy money rollin around campus so if you don't want to be around people who have some money, I definately suggest going to another college. Oh, and another thing, the non-atheletes are treated quite differently than athletes (no offense to any of you who ARE athletes...I was one). There is a lot of segregation between those who play an organized sport and those who don't. Also, tution is soaring by the minute so if you want to save money...definately reconsider. The only thing that truly pleases me here are the professors. They are very well versed in their occupation and most of them love teaching and are very willing to work with you and help you in any way that they can.

When planning to attend GWU be sure that you are ready to be here for 5 years. They don't call it the WEBB for any old reason
