After wasting two years here in a HumanitiesQuite Bright
After wasting two years here in a Humanities program (it's the one that gets trashed the most often), I moved on to UNC Chapel Hill. I am very glad that I did. I had no problems with the math, science or foreign language departments, but my major department , I found, is populated by people with personal grudges against each other, and the petty politics spilled over into the class room. I really resented being "taught" by idiot graduate students and idiot MA level faculty. One guy couldn't spell OR write. Another did little more than take up a LOT of space in class.

Save yourself money and headaches. Go somewhere else.
I didn't feel safe in the dorms because of the weekend parties and the debauchery of the good lil Born Agains.

I am quite bitter about the experience: THE MONEY SPENT, THE INCOMPETENT TEACHERS IN MY MAJOR DEPARTMENT, AND THE RIDICULOUS POLITICS.

And then there are the stories of former students. You can't believe it until it happens to you. It's bad enough to hear the nightmares of others; it's quite another when the nightmares come to you and to those close to you.Run as fast and as far away as you can. Unless you are in the sciences or in the business college, stay the h#ll away.

Question
Some of Uncc is so dool. Not so bright
Some of Uncc is so dool. Like my first writing teacher. She got a tattoo and she has a masters in Reiki Massage. She talks a lot about that. She showed some of us her tattoo after class.

Only three papers and she doesn't care where wer get them as long as we LMA cite them.
Second wirting teacher is so cool too, he has traveled to lots of places and he talks about where he's been and the best beers he has ever had. Big guy so i guess he knows what he's talking about.

My maths teacher speaks a little English so I am majoring in Chinese now. She is so cool too. I love math moare than writing.

Took a history class too. Not too interesting, but am passing.
Not too much literature offered. Kind of stupid.
I am assigned to my second counselor, and it's only my seccond year, Never met a one of them. Registrar's office messed things up and had to stand in line to fix it, but such long as UNCC has me on a sholarship can'r really complain.

Dorm life is fun. Lotsa parties just never know whos gonna show up and end up in the morning.
Sciences teaches are boaring but I am doing oky. Passing.
