Super Brilliant
Bellevue University is very expensive and not challenging enough. Even some of the reviews listed their degree as not stating the actual field of study. You pay top dollars to attend 4 weeks of cohert classes that really do not teach the basis of fundamentals within your field of study. In HR, they do not tell you that you have to have experience regardless and you must be certified to get employment whereever you go. Its all about who you know to get a job in HR. They make you take a refresher 12 week course of the Krkpatrick Series before they give you a certificate that do not even look real. Its better to seek a real University, I have learned my lesson.

Not so bright
I am 8 months into an accelerated degree with Bellevue. From the beginning, I did not know how I felt about the school. I literally decided to go on a whim. A couple of guys I work with were enrolled and I figured "what the hell". Honestly, I feel like the school is probably a diploma mill, and I guarantee everyone on this board feels this to a certain degree. I had always dreamed of going to UNL, but a wife and kids changed this.

I am happy that I have been able to get to this point, and no doubt will earn a BA which has been a goal of mine for some time. I just wish it were from a recognized institution. I always thought that earning my degree would help alleviate the shame I carry. When I earned my associates degree, it made me feel worse. See, I have two sissies (a big'un and a lil'un) who both have degrees from real places (UNL and Wesleyan). I have no doubt my graduation will prove to be a mediocre substitute for a University degree. On a positive not, I have learned quite a bit. If you?re an adult with kids, it's probably one of the only options. Kids (18-2?) won?t understand this, but they rarely understand anything. I have a feeling that most of the phony bolognas who left negative comments are either patrons of Creighton or some damn place, or they are the screwballs I'm referring to above.

Quite Bright
Bellevue has a great staff that cares about the students? education and pushes to make you reach your potential. Strict, but fair...the boundaries are clearly established and it?s up to the student to comply and succeed or fail.
Preparedness: A, Reputation: A+
