Communication with faculty is limited, and frustrating.Quite BrightEducation
Communication with faculty is limited, and frustrating. Several times I have been given incorrect information. Would recommend getting almost everything in writing. The school likes to pretend that it is selective with admissions, but an application and some money and you are accepted. Classes are extremely easy, (especially compaired to my first degree from a university). If you want a cheep and easy school, where the teachers do not communicate well, PSC is for you.

Education
Per State is not a flashy University, but it has great faculty and is one of the best teacher colleges around.

Question
I think Peru is a good value.BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I think Peru is a good value. Peru is not meant to be Brown, Cornell, Columbia, MIT, or other similar universities. For the price you pay to attend Peru, you get to have small class sizes with individualized attention. You also get friendly, helpful professors that want to help you attain academic success as well as prepare you for the real world of employment. The upper echelon universities are wonderful for those who qualify, have the money, and have the time to invest in their education. For someone who doesn't qualify, doesn't have hundreds of thousands of dollars to spend on an education, or who may already have a part or full time job (hence, cannot spend 12+ hours a day studying and doing homework), Peru is fantastic! At Peru, if you spend roughly three hours of work for every semester unit you are taking, you will do well. So, if I have a 3 unit course and if I spend roughly 9 hours a week productively working on the class, I will succeed in the course. Please understand that Peru is not a blow-off, party school. Peru is conservative. Peru is in a small town. Peru is rural, but has a small, beautiful campus. The students and faculty are friendly and helpful. Peru has various athletic programs. The students do have fun.
