Peru is in such a horrible town, and no one is helpful at the university. It's a dirty university, I would say go to UNL, UNO or wesleyan. Looking back, my only regret is not starting my journey towards continuing my education earlier because the faculty and staff do make a difference; they make every effort to ensure your success, and they do this for the love of the profession, and their students are the reason they are there. As a non-traditional student, I can look at this experience from a students perspective, and that of a parent; and from either viewpoint, the Faculty at Peru State has won my respect and loyalty.
