 | Quite Bright | | Overall I had a good college experience at FPC. It was half the size in the 1970s that it is now. Back then there were no learning centers where you could get extra help so I was pretty much left to fend for myself academically ,and I had some challenging classes. Bill Jack was a wonderful, caring and supportive professor and was partly why I majored in Psychology. Some professors were horrible! FPC was a major party school, and it was a very isolated campus, but at the same time being from NYC,I loved being in the country. I thought it was the safest place to be. I could walk alone any time of day or night and not worry. There were no walmarts etc back then. By the time I left FPC I had learned, on my own, how to study, write papers and I had the opportunity to become a leader because it was such a small school. If I could go back to freshman and sophmore years I would have studied more and partied less. I would recommended to other H.S. students and current FPC students to break out of their cliques and get to know people of other cultures, races and be supportive of each other. | Starting Job: secretary, Preparedness: C, Reputation: B- | | |

| | Quite Bright | I have come to love FPC; it is somewhat like an acquired taste. Some of the students here are somewhat arrogants and stuck up, but what do you expect when tuition and room and board cost over 28000 a year? Not too many people can afford that unless they are getting mad financial aid. Don't get me wrong, not everyone is like that, just some. I love the sense of community that I see at the school- you won't just be a number in a book here, but a face with a name. | Friendliness: A, Surrounding City: C- | | | |

| | Quite Bright | I like this school in a lot of ways. the Anthropology department has three profs, two of which i really like. The other one is king of nutty--she's really out there and doesnt seem to like us mch. she also ismean to the othe two profs. ithink she thinks they dont know eht they are doing even though they do archaeology all over the world. and write books and stuff the college should provide more activites because we pretty much sit aorund and drink all the time | Campus Aesthetics: A, Surrounding City: F | | | |
