This school is all about the money. They don't help students. Those that did get help either knew someone, or came from money.

I dormed and worse experience ever.Quite BrightBusiness - Management and Administration
I dormed and worse experience ever. Everyone goes home by Thursday and the campus looks like ghost town. The food gets boring after a while so i ended up spending more money on food. But the students are very friendly and help you go by the boring days from Sunday til Wednesday. Although this school is very inexpensive don't trust them with your money, they will screw you over big time! I had everything payed for and had all the classes I wanted until last minute (two weeks into the semester)they found out my bill wasnt correct? Therefore all my classes were dropped(i couldn't attend any classes), and my financial aid was dropped as well. My financial aid covered $9000 out of $10000 that was due, and they still proceeded to erase all my information. So they ended up screwing up a semester for me. But thats ok because everyone on that financial aid line were complaining about the same thing. Hopefully they shut down that wanna be so called "UNIVERSITY". Don't go unless you want to waste time and money on worthless information you would get from this school!!

The food was horrible! You were better offBrightUndecided
The food was horrible! You were better off bringing a bagged lunch. Only trust sandwiches there if you have no choice. Minorities are the majority, so be warned if you are the majority or bi-racial. The only people that go to this school are people from the surrounding towns: Bayonne, Jersey City, Newark, Hoboken, Kearny, Nutley, etc. Everyone seems to know each other because they don't live too far away, making a huge barrier for anyone who isn't from nearby.

Commuters have to pay $2 every time they entered the parking lot, $3 if you wanted the garage, so forget about going out to lunch.

This school should be called a "communiversity" because 95% of the students commute. They take their classes and go home, so don't expect to make many friends there. The school is located right next to the ghetto and I guess doesn't expect anyone from anywhere else to go there. I had to take a course designed for people who have never touched a computer in their entire lives! If you do not live within the Jersey City/Newark area, do not go here! However, they do seem to have an excellent communications program, and alot of education majors. So if you are willing to sacrifice your social life for the sake of education, then go here, and I pity you.Oh, one other thing, don't dorm there! No one really does.
