This comment applies to the Continuing Education ClassesBrightOther
This comment applies to the Continuing Education Classes offered at OCC. I can not comment on the Associates Degree program. I enrolled in the Bookkeeping/Quickbooks Certification class. I am regretting every minute of the class. The instructor reads directly from the book with very little additional preparation or handouts. The handouts provided are directly taken off of the internet. The instructor is also very condescending and rude to those of us who are struggling. There are various other online courses one can take in order to be certified. I would suggest you take an online course and save some money.

School is a joke.
School is a joke. If you're reading this, heed my advice: DON'T take online classes. You will fail despite any efforts, and have to drop a $400 class. Most of the other classes on campus are taught by adjuncts who look like they're on suicide watch. When I heard about how little they make, I don't blame them.

Question
I am a very outgoing guy and willOther
I am a very outgoing guy and will talk to anyone. However, occ is the most anti-social place I've been too. Nobody will talk to you unless they know you from high school, and you always get dirty looks. No clubs are any form of student involvement because everyone stays to themselves. Don't you dare offer to help another student, you'll get screamed at and humiliated in front of everyone. Off has major bullying problems and yes, they allow bullying. don't count on occ to help you make friends.
