The school is doing alot to get itself back on track but still the courses provided are not enough. Also, the price is too high to meet the needs of people to which their mission statement wishes to service.

I am currently attendig Boricua College for Human Services, I have just completed my first semester & I trully feel as though they gave me the old bate & switch routine. I wanted to register for the summer cycle but couldnt because I found out that they only have night time classes available. Than to top it all off, I found out that once I receive my Associates in Liberal Arts, that the rest of the classes towards the BA degree will also be in the night. I am highly dissapointed that they did not inform me of this when I applied to the school. I dont know if I want to continue in this school because I felt that they ommitted very important information. Some of the staff are helpful but some of the staff is completely useless. On a positive note, the actual education is excellent, and I have learned a great deal, and the professors are very helpful. I would advice you to do your sesearch on any school before you apply especially if you have children which I do, and night classes are not going to help me with that situation.

Boricua College 5 ways of learning is a great concept, nowever faculty continue to used archaic/outdate modules. The college provides terrrible customer service and they have no idea that students are their customers. Students are treated like children and often are not helped by the administration. It takes literally months to get a transcript, its preety sad. This college needs to get it together, college student audit reports are handwriting and student cannot even register online. This college is stuck in the 1970's.
