Cnr is a goog school of you are going for nursing or art. Other programs are alright but their main focus is nursing. More than half the school is communters so there is NO social life at night or on the weekend. The campus is basically empty ever weekend. Meeting people is hard because a lot of girls are stuck up. Also, there was a whopping total of 3 guys that went there. The wellness center is beautiful. If you go you should definitly take advantage of the new, free, gym and track. The sports team are not good but because of that, anyone can be on any team. There are no cuts. The cafeteria workers are the nicest people! Howevere, the food selection is very limited and the hours are Horrible!

I was in the SONA program which is the pre nuring program. But because i got a C in chemisty, I had to become "Undecided." You are not allowed to fail one nursing class and anything below a c+ is failing. Most people have to drop out. I am looking to transfer because CNR is just to boring/ghetto of a place to spend three more years doing some random bs major.Ursula hall is alright. If you live there, DO NOT live on the first floor. It is well know that the common room is infested with bed bugs. Brescia hall is extremly old and looks like its abou tto fall apart any second. The rooms there are very small and are always either freezing or really hot. Security is excelent and you can not beat financial aid. Most professors are very helpful and nice and sincerely want you to pass their class.

I have learned alot at CNR- academically and about myself as a person. CNR cannot be all things to all people. It is a small school after all and if you understand the advantages, you can have a great experience. I've enjoyed the small classes and the proximity to NYC. The school has tremendous resources for merit based financial aid which is really a plus in the current economic environment.

CNR's nursing program was pretty good, they put us through a lot of unnecessary pain and disrespect. I'd love to see them respect their students again. One thing I have to say, for those of you who went through it with me is PROFESSOR ROLSTEN. wtf cnr, really? WTF! how could you do that to us? Let some batshit crazy woman have that much control over our grades, MONEY and future? I'll never get over that. ever.

and also, I graduated with HONORS and you still treated me like an idiot whenever i needed anything from you.

so there.
:P
good luck. treat your students better and you'll recover.
