PROS: Excellent teaching, small classes (many Fordham prof's also teach at Columbia and NYU). The Rose Hill campus is really beautiful albeit in a "diverse" area of the Bronx yet it remains one of the safest campuses in New York. Being in NYC is great but the conventional nature of the Rosehill campus allows for a combination of "big city" school with a more conventional, small college community.CONS: Oddly the facilities of some departments do not seem up to par with the level of teaching. All the basics are present yet new or renovated science buildings/labs are needed. Secondly, the freshmen housing has been overcrowed the past two years I've been here but the upperclass housing is MUCH better.
