Admin assts. are friendly and helpful but the Admin itself is a group who poorly communicates and fails to return calls, e-mails or other in timely manner. Iona is overly concerned with their income and less concerned with its students ability to excel when financially challenged. This is only the case for those of us caught in the middle. The staff is downright lazy and does not care. I would not recommend Iona College to anyone! They are a terrible institution focused solely on profit and have no concern for facilitating problems that their alumnae encounter.
