I graduated in 1999.BrightNursing
I graduated in 1999. I am sorry to read about how bad the school has become. When I was there the faculty and th eoffice staff were friendly, helpful and organized. As many others have written, I felt very well prepared to work in nursing, and I believe some of the reason for this is the faculty at that time. I only hope that in the near future, LICHSON will once again be a school students can be proud to attend.

Question
The school is fine like a previous personNot so brightNursing
The school is fine like a previous person said "If you need your hand held" don't go to LICHSON.Unfortunatly some students seem to enjoy the drama of complaining about EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING.The school itself has been around over 100 years and have turned out thousands of excellent nurses. When you go for your first job interview you will more than likley be sitting in front of a LICHSON grad.

The school which is attached to LICH which is a small community hospital has very limited resources as far as student life. The staff is old school and does not put up with excuses and BS period. So if you are looking for a big school with computer labs,T.V rooms, dancing girls and instructors who will attach you to thier nipples for the 3 hours a day you will be there try another school.

Question
LICHSON is a very good school instructors areBrightNursing
LICHSON is a very good school instructors are always available. If you are into hand holding every step of the way go to a different school.I know many people who graduated from this school and passed the nclex with no problem and are very sucessful in the nursing arena. If u apply yourself read and study and stay out of the "kiddie drama" crap you will do fine. The school has been in operation since 1883 and turned out thousands of nurses
