 | Bright | The school is actually pretty good. The classes are small, the rooms and facilities are modern and clean and the staff is helpful. You just have to reach out if you have a problem. I needed my official transcript because I just transferred here and I contacted the transfer office. Within a week I had it. The campus is nice but quiet, which doesn't bother me because I live off campus. The food in cafeteria is very good compared to my last college! One downside is the noisy library. They should hire security guards who keep the noise down. The education quality is fine and more intense than Community Colleges. | Campus Maintenance: A, Faculty Accessibility: C+ | | | |

| | Average | I find the experience at Mercy very nice. At first I wanted to transfer, but then I found that this school is the one that suited me. Academic wise I find that if you just go to the learning center and just do your homework you will have no problem passing your classes. You get out of Mercy College of what you put into it. I like the classrooms with a small number of students rather than a classroom with 150 students from what I've heard from other people because the professors know who you are at least and can get to everybody more with a small amount of students. The one thing that I dislike most is the financial aid office and how unorganized they are but hey that's every college and university, trust me I've heard stories from all of my friends at their schools regarding their financial aid office. By the way for those who say that Mercy has no social life that may be true in a way but we're here for school primarily. Here's some advice if you want a social life at Mercy.. I suggest you go to the Dobbs Ferry campus there's more stuff that goes on there. More students go there because there are more programs, it is the main campus therefore you will meet more people from different places, you make your own friends from classes, you meet people through classmates, and that's as far as it goes. | University Resource Use: A, Individual Value: F | | | |

| | Bright | Honestly this is a beautiful school with great professors and intriguing majors. BUT, if you do not apply yourself and are not a self motivated person this is definitely not that place for you. There is no social life here... You make your own group of friends and that pretty much as far as it goes. The campus is in a beautiful area though and there are things to do off campus if you have the money and resources to do them! Back to the actually school itself though, very clean and well maintained and once you get into the core classes of your major the courses are great, challenging and interesting... The general requirements at this school for a private college are a bit ridiculous though and there are definitely way to many! Also, a lot of the people here do not appreciate being at college and the opportunity given to them! But, if you look past that and see the college in your own eyes it really is a great place to be! Hmm, anything else... Definitely worth to come tour and make it one of your options! And, the financial aid department has had a continuing reputation of being unorganized and annoying which is generally definitely true but as long as you meet up with them and get everything figured out its always easy and not to complicated at all... | Education Quality: A, Social Life: D | | | |
