I was in the Dual Degree Nursing program which was intended for students who already had a bachelors degree in another field. The way the program is advertised is quite different from the actual program. I applied to Molloy because they boast their dual degree program is accelerated and can be completed in as little as 2 years. This program is impossible to complete in 2 years, not because of difficulty but because of the way the program is set up. There are pre-reqs and everything has to be taken in the same sequence. Certain classes are only offered fall and spring so if you wanted to take a summer course to move the program along it is not possible. If you want to get done quickly do not come to Mollloy College.

Molloy is a very small school with ok professors. Almost anyone can go to this school. I would definately rate it better than Adelphi or Hofstra. The students at Molloy are approachable and possibly the nicest on long island.

This school gives me the opportunity to grow as a person and member of the community. Unfortunately, the faculty is very arrogant. Most unfortunately, my department (Nursing) has particularly arrogant and close-minded faculty. I would come to Molloy again, but I would be a Business major this time around. The President and other administrators always have time for you and are very helpful. Most of the faculty is too self-absorbed and egotistical.
