Not so bright
This school is simply crappy. Im in my second year now and classes have seemed to become easier and i have more time on my hands than id ever need. The campus is terrible, the food around you sucks, and unless your willing to be around a population where 70% of the population is indian, dont come here. its the worst choice of my life, and i regret it every drive to school i make. Its a complete waste of money and will be the worst choice of your life if you agree to come here. I personally chose it because of the scholarship i had recieved. Trust me that means nothing. EVERYONE gets one. Thats the only edge they have to get students to go to their school

Not a great school, I had such open mind and despite things that i didnt like i stayed positive. But this school just isnt worth the money. I sadly waisted thousands of dollars to go to a school that i quickly diliked. Most of my friends left, i tried to stick it out BUT THIS SCHOOL JUST ISNT WORH IT

Quite Bright
There is a lot of busy work meaning a lot of fluff and not much meat in the program. Unrealistic deadlines and overextension just lead to a reduced quality of work. Any of the artistic theory, could be self taught and since structure is not a major focus and is "glossed over". Too many 5 yr students near the end have approached me with concerns of not being about to say..detail a wall section and are unsure in there knowledge of construction methods. I get the impression that the program just gears you towards nice drawing and a nice portfolio but very little meaningful knowledge. The faculty has a very high turnover rate. Most of the professors i've had in so far this first 2 yrs of school are new graduates themselves with very little or no work experience and obviously using teaching to earn credits towards their IDP. Most are also arrogant pretentious snobs.....probably a trait earned from their lack of experience and youth and sudden feeling of superiority when given a position as professor. The lack of experience and youth concerns me.

Furthermore, there resources provided at the school can not accommodate the full student body. The conditions of the school are horrible and only were addressed this year because of accreditation review. To end. I am an adult, already in a career although different profession. Having experience for over 10 yrs in the working field and attending other colleges, the education provided is far less superior then than others i've attending....yet more expensive as well. I was extremely interested in Architecture prior, and came in with an Architectural Engineering Associates from a school i had a great experience at. I love Architecture still, but this school makes me leary about times ahead.
