Super Brilliant
Let's be honest here, as a current student of this school I am going to say that I've had some of the worst experiences here. I don't know why people are trying to encourage innocent potential new students to come here. Perhaps they enjoy having miserable company. The teachers are very self absorbed. The students are selfish and pompuous. The student activities are a pathetic attempt at any form of school unity. This place is a waste of 50K,don't even consider coming here. They only thing this place know's how to do is eat up your money and ignore you when you have a serious problem. The office of student assistance is a nightmare, they never know what they're talking about and end up sending you around in circles like a merry-go-round. Yes, it true: some of the teachers do want to see the kids struggle. This just goes to show you that the faculty is nowhere near dedicative. They only use Pace as a means to get by. There are so many wind bags here. I can't stand the musical theatre kids, they think they are Academy Award winning individuals when I've certainly seen better. It's funny how they only hang out with other musical theatre kids. Why is this? Because no one else would want to deal with their bull sh**. For the most part, the people in the L. The lubin school of business are only concerned with making money. Most of the men in Lubin think they know it all but if they were to come face to face with someone from...say NYU they'd be running scared. The people in Finance are the worst. I've never seen people who are THAT full of themselves. The school is very plain and ugly and not to mention small. Basically, if you can't stand someone be prepared to bump into them one day because there is only one MAIN building.By the time this year's up, i'll be out of here and I'm happy to say that I never want to see or hear from Pace again.

wow first off let me begin by saying that the only reason more than half the school comes here is for "the new york experience" seriously that's how pace sells their school to potential students, forget getting an actual good education, come to new york to have a great time. Pace is like a community college with a community college quality of education with a private school price. this school is REALLY expensive and to make matters worse there is absolutely no organization. financial aid office and osa have no communication. it's absolutely frustrating. financial aid will tell you one thing and osa will tell you another. they are half assed working, lazy people that don't want to do their job. I have been going to that office for MONTHS trying to get my aid worked out and now i owe them money that i shouldn't. the kids that like here are rich, snobby, sheltered, and overprotected. they don't care that they're wasting their parent's money. and as for the dorms, i don't know about john street but maria's towers is disgusting. within the first month of school already there were news of roaches and bed bugs. the people that work here are rude and lazy and don't want to help you at all. don't believe in the whole safety of the campus. you can get anywhere in pace without an id. some security guards do make a big deal about it but in the end they'll let you in because they know it's the university's fault because A LOT of kids can't get their financial aid fixed in time to get a stickered id for the semester. DON'T COME HERE IT'S A BIG WASTE OF MONEY!!

Quite Bright
Please do some serious thinking before you choose to attend this school. I'm saying, you better visit, talk to the students, and get some advice from anyone that is involved in this school. I came here a year ago and had the biggest shock of my life. The student body is terrible. We're talking about self-obsessed, jealous, hypocritical, and demoralizing people. The teachers aren't that great either. To be frank, the male teachers that I've had come across as perverted. I've had 3 male professors look at me in a very "if only you weren't my student" way. Some of the women teachers seem quite miserable, some of them want you to struggle simply because their so unhappy with their own lives. The overall feel of Pace is a very selfish and greedy environment. Sad to say but this college is not a motivating place. There are a lot of rejects, people who don't have a mind of their own, trashy, devilish, cunning ,shrewd, decietful people. I'm writing this to save you from making a possible mistake. Your college years should not be filled with depression and dissapointment. New York City is not what everyone says it is. There is NEVER any fresh air because there are so many smokers and the subway vents spit out hot, terrible smelling air. This place is my definition of a hell on earth. Believe me from experience, you can rarely trust anyone here. No one does things out of the kindness of their hearts unless their getting something out of it. This school has some strange people and the worst part is that you can't avoid them. There is only one MAIN cafeteria and its filled with nosey, "i think im the bomb" kids. There are also many show-offs and plenty of liars. Coming here is not worth giving up your soul.If you are a good looking young woman, be EXTRA CAREFUL from professors, to advisors, to random men on the street, there are PLENTY of perverts! By the way, I have also had 2 professors stare at my chest and no this was not random! I felt violated and wanted to slap them across the face! The women here wear heels to class (like some kind of meaningless fashion show......stupid).The academics range from teachers who can't teach for crap to teachers who want to see you struggle because they need some sort of control over someones life. IT'S DEGRADING AND SICK! The people are VEEERRRRYY deceptive and many even cheat. Like I said, NO ONE can be trusted! This year, they stuffed the freshmen in very small rooms, we're talking about 3 people in a cardboard box! There are other dorms that are okay but that doesn't matter in terms of the depressing spirit of this school. I'm asking God to open doors for me so I can leave this place. This was a complete waste of money and time and I could be academically and socially happy elsewhere. In conclusion, unless you have no feelings, no individuality, no dilligence, and no spirit, try avoiding this place unless they undergo some DRASTIC changes and drop most of the student body, fire a few professors, train the people behind the desks, improve their facility, promote school and individual spirit and value their students. Other then that, consider yourself warned.
