The people in this small town of cobleskill are very closeminded and actually quite racist. Even the mayor got fired recently for saying "niggers." Seriously, bad place for diversity even despite the whole international students club, which mainly consists of egyptians (95%). This is my second year and I despise it. Anyone can pretty much get into this school from high school. My major is very challenging but that's the only thing that's worth staying for. People here have no drive and they just don't care about doing good, everyone is rushing to leave class early while half-assing the lab work. The only things to do are go to class and go to lame house parties with a bunch of dirt bags and rednecks. 98% of the girls are ugly. most of the teachers are assholes. Don't ever go here. If you don't have good grades, go to a CC for a year, get your grades up then go somewhere else. The reason they take anybody is because nobody wants to go here. Basically the only reaons people come here is because they got turned down at every other school they applied to cobleskill will accept you if your beathing...no one takes this school seriously I myself came here not caring about school but have changed alot since my first semster to imporve I will be transfering this may...so basically use your time here wisely to do good and get out or else your coblefucked for life!
