They don't give a damn about their undergrad students. Being a pre-pharmacy major at a science research school you wouldnt think that they would only have 1 class that seats 300 when 3000 need to take it. The advisors are unapproachable and don't know what they're talking about half of the time. Partying at south campus is alright if youre into sweaty frat basements or overcrowded college bars. You have to take the subway to get downtown and then $30 to get back. They do have endless amounts of extracurriculars however, so for that UB can have an A (which is something they hate giving their students). Oh and you might as well just pick up UB and throw it somewhere in the middle of Asia, you wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Extracurricular Activities: A, Individual Value: F Have a Question? James Beebe is a professor at this university and I personally know him to be a complete twat. On top of that, he has some sort of administrative position in regards to undergraduate philosophy! If you have issues or questions be prepared for the runaround: being sent from one person to the next, each one having no idea what the other is talking about. There are just too many students for them to be able to really take the time to look at your case. Go to a smaller school where the staff can spend the time to help you, the line for the computer lab printer is not going to make you late for class and you feel like you are leaving a concert every time you walk the hallways.
