If you can attend a better school, please do so. The majority of instructors do not care about you and will not assist you in learning the class materials. This school does not welcome diversity and opinions. The majority of the student body are snooty and not friendly, in other words, its a "conservative university". Most of the students see the university as a junior univerisity to Syracuse University or other schools. This university is highly "UNORGANIZED", and its advisors for incomming freshman are arrogant and not helpful.

Not so bright
Some classes can be large, but faculty are very helpful. The campus is beautiful and provides a beautiful view of Lake Ontario. I couldn't picture myself anywhere else.

do not go here. this school glorifies mediocrity. go here only if you want to remain jobless. degrees from oswego virtually work against you especially if you are an education major. graduate programs will do you no good here considering there less than 50% placement rates students here are less than intelligent not a school based on academics rather ease of admittance . a haven for losers. period.
